The debugging and calibration of industrial electronic scales can be carried out through the following steps:
Appearance and function inspection: First, check whether the appearance of the electronic scale is clean and whether the switch is intact. Make sure that the power is sufficient and the digital display of the instrument is clear and bright. Check whether the zero position of the electronic scale is correct.
Measure with weights: Most electronic scales are equipped with standard weights, and using these weights for measurement is the most accurate method. Place weights of different masses on the electronic scale in turn, and observe whether the numbers on the display are consistent with the weight of the weights. If there is an error, it needs to be adjusted.
Calibration of four corners and center points: After horizontal adjustment, press the weighing platform with a weight close to the full scale to make the various parts of the weighing platform stable. Then add a certain amount of weights to the weighing platform for calibration. After calibration, remove the weights and start adjusting the four corners. Use an appropriate amount of weights to press the corners and check the four corner errors. Generally, the error should be within 1d. If a smaller error is required, it can be achieved by adjusting the angle coefficient K value.
Confirm that the empty scale is "0": After the bearing point is adjusted, add the weight equivalent to the maximum weighing capacity evenly to the bearing platform. According to the position and method described in the manual of various weighing displays, make the displayed value consistent with the weight value, remove the weight, and confirm that the empty scale displays "0".
Repeatability error calibration: Take the weight of the maximum load (full scale) of the electronic platform scale, place it in the center of the electronic platform scale pan 4 times, and record the reading after each stabilization. Use these data to determine whether the repeatability error of the electronic platform scale is within the allowable range.
