Tips for using industrial electronic scales include the following steps and precautions:
Placement and power on: Place the industrial electronic scale on a flat, stable surface, making sure that all four corners are in stable contact with the ground, and avoid tilting or shaking. After powering on, press the power button and wait for the display to show "0" or "----" to indicate that it is ready for measurement.
Calibration: When using for the first time or after a long period of non-use, it is recommended to calibrate to ensure measurement accuracy. The calibration method varies depending on the model, and it is usually necessary to follow the instructions, place standard weights and press the calibration button.
Weighing: Place the object to be measured gently on the scale, avoiding violent impacts. Wait a few seconds for the scale to display a stable reading. Note that the objects should be evenly distributed on the scale to avoid inaccurate readings due to unbalanced weight.
Reading and power off: The number on the display is the weight of the object. Most electronic scales provide multiple units (such as kilograms, grams, pounds, etc.), which can be switched by pressing the unit conversion key. After use, press the power off button to disconnect the power. If not in use for a long time, it is recommended to unplug the power cord to save energy and extend the service life.
Precautions:
Make sure the power cord is intact and connected to a suitable power outlet. Avoid using a damaged power cord.
Avoid using the electronic scale in a humid, dusty or extreme temperature environment, which may affect its performance and life.
Do not overload the electronic scale to avoid damaging the sensor or causing inaccurate measurements. Each table scale has its maximum load limit. Please follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
Clean the electronic scale regularly to maintain its accuracy and extend its service life. Wipe the table and display with a dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners or water to clean directly.
If the electronic scale reading is unstable or inaccurate, please calibrate it in time or contact the manufacturer for repair. Do not disassemble or repair the electronic scale by yourself to avoid further damage or safety hazards.
