• Explosion-proof structure: Key components (weighing sensors, instruments, junction boxes) all adopt explosion-proof packaging design - the sensor housing is made of stainless steel explosion-proof material, the instrument has built-in explosion-proof circuits and current-limiting protection devices, and the junction box is equipped with explosion-proof sealing interfaces to prevent ignition sources such as electric sparks and high temperatures from coming into contact with flammable and explosive substances outside.

As a measuring device, accuracy directly affects production accounting and trade settlement. The core parameters are as follows:
Accuracy level: Complies with OIML III level (International Legal Metrology Organization standard) or domestic III-level weighing instrument requirements, with a graduation value (d) typically being 20kg/50kg, and the maximum weighing range covering 30t - 200t (customizable to larger specifications as per requirements), ensuring a single weighing error of ≤ ±0.1% FS (full scale).
Anti-interference capability: Equipped with digital filtering technology, capable of withstanding electromagnetic interference in industrial environments (such as interference from motors and frequency converters); the weighing sensor adopts a strain gauge structure, featuring both overload resistance (maximum can withstand 150% rated load) and shock resistance, suitable for the instantaneous pressure when freight vehicles enter or exit the weighing platform.
