It combines the weather resistance, anti-corrosion, lightning protection and impact resistance of concrete with the accuracy and data interconnection capabilities of modern electronic weighing.
Concrete Truck Scale is an ideal choice for scenarios such as ports and docks, chemical industrial parks, coastal salt fields, mining sites, and landfill sites.
Scale platform: Multi-layer dense threaded steel reinforcement, C40 high-strength concrete pouring, surface wear-resistant and anti-slip treatment; The integral bridge-type structure features strong rigidity, heavy self-weight, precise positioning, and no obvious deformation during long-term use. Non-conductive material, naturally lightning-resistant, no need for additional complex lightning protection projects.
Weighing system: Standard equipped with OIML Class III digital weighing sensor (IP68 protection, anti-interference, anti-corrosion, stable long-distance transmission); Industrial-grade weighing instrument, supporting automatic zero tracking, tare, printing, and data networking (4G/Ethernet), and can be optionally equipped with an unattended system (license plate recognition, infrared anti-cheating, video surveillance).
Foundation and Installation: Two standard solutions are provided: shallow foundation pit and no foundation pit. The concrete foundation and the scale platform are designed as an integrated unit, with standardized construction and uniform settlement. Modular design, multi-section splicing, convenient for transportation and installation.
