The production process of automobile scale mainly includes the following key steps:

Scale structure design: The choice of scale structure of automobile scale has an important influence on its performance. Common structures include U-beam and steel welding. U-beam has the advantages of high rigidity, good strength, good processability and high corrosion resistance; while steel welding requires the addition of transverse ribs and bottom plates to improve local rigidity.

 

Manufacturing process:

Shearing and folding: Cut the steel plate into the required size and then bend it into U-shaped steel.
Positioning loading pre-arch: Ensure the dimensional consistency and pre-arch effect of the scale.
Welding: Use fully automatic submerged arc welding to ensure high welding quality and fast speed.
Calibration and debugging: Calibration and debugging are carried out under full weighing state to reduce on-site workload.
Sandblasting and rust removal and baking paint: Use environmentally friendly paint production line, including sandblasting, rust removal, painting and baking paint.


Key components and materials:

U-beam: Made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of no less than 6mm to ensure strength and rigidity.
Panel material: Q235 steel plate is usually used.
Welding technology: CO2 protection welding is used to ensure the strength of the connector and avoid fatigue deformation.
Paint treatment: Zinc-rich primer and water-based anti-rust paint are used to ensure strong paint adhesion and non-fading.
Quality inspection and debugging: Overload test and continuous full weighing rolling test are carried out before leaving the factory to ensure that the scale body can remain stable under extreme load.
