Maintenance of truck scales mainly includes the following aspects:
Scale platform maintenance: Ensure that there are no foreign objects stuck in the gaps around the scale platform, regularly check whether the limit gap is reasonable, and avoid collision between the limit bolts and the scale body. Maintain the connectors every six months and apply butter to the support head. Keep the scale clean and repaint the surface regularly. It is recommended to do it once a year. The scale platform should be reliably grounded to prevent lightning damage to the sensor.
Weighing display maintenance: Frequently check whether the wiring is loose or broken, and whether the grounding wire is secure. When not in use for a long time, it should be powered on according to environmental conditions to avoid moisture or corrosion by bad gases. The weighing display should be kept away from heat and vibration sources and avoid use in flammable and explosive environments. Charge the battery regularly to avoid over-discharge that affects battery life.
Sensor replacement: When replacing a damaged sensor, disconnect the scale power supply, remove the damaged sensor and replace it. After replacement, the floor scale needs to be recalibrated and calibrated to ensure the consistency and interchangeability of the sensor.
Computer maintenance: Ensure that the computer is well grounded and away from water and strong electromagnetic interference.
Operators must be trained before taking up their posts. Frequent switching, random moving and disassembly of computers are strictly prohibited.
Daily use precautions: The vehicle should drive in a straight line on the scale platform at a speed less than 5 km/h, brake gently and stop in the center of the scale platform. Avoid violent pushing and collision to prevent damage to internal electronic components.
