What is a Truck Scale?

1. Floor-mounted truck scale, as the name suggests, is installed on the ground. Its structure is clearly visible. It mainly consists of three parts: the scale platform, the sensor, and the display instrument. The scale platform is responsible for bearing the weight of the items and transmitting it to the sensor; the sensor converts the force into an electrical signal; finally, the display instrument processes these electrical signals and displays the weight data. Due to its simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, floor-mounted truck scales have been widely used in various fields such as commercial transactions, warehousing and logistics. Underground truck scale, a unique and practical weighing instrument, is characterized by the fact that most of its structure is hidden beneath the ground. Only the flat surface of the scale is exposed above ground, while the key components such as sensors and display instruments are ingeniously placed underground. This design not only enhances its waterproof and corrosion-resistant properties, but also makes it highly suitable for use in humid or water-rich environments, and even for special occasions that require explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant features. At the same time, the concealment of the underground truck scale also provides certain security guarantees and has a certain anti-theft effect. (As shown in the following picture)

Structure Composition:
The weighing body: The core part of the scale, its stability directly affects the accuracy of weighing. The sensor: Responsible for converting the weight on the scale body into an electrical signal, it is the key component for the scale to perform weighing. The junction box: Acts as a bridge connecting the sensor and the weighing display instrument, ensuring the smooth transmission of electrical signals. The weighing display instrument: Equipped with printing function, it can print out receipts and display key data such as tare weight, gross weight, and net weight.
