The installation requirements of weighing system mainly include the following aspects:
1. Environmental requirements
Dry and ventilated: The floor scale should be installed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid damp environment causing the line to be damp and aging, which will affect the service life.
Level ground: The floor scale should be placed on a level ground to avoid unevenness causing inaccurate weighing and deformation of the bottom plate.
Temperature control: The weighing display controller should avoid direct sunlight and strong vibration, and the operating temperature should be kept between 10~35℃.
2. Equipment installation requirements
Rainproof function: The on-site equipment box should have rainproof function, avoid low-lying water accumulation, and ensure reliable sealing.
Grounding requirements: The input power must be properly grounded to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Handle with care: Handle with care during transportation or handling to avoid severe vibration and impact.
3. Installation requirements of industrial weighing modules
Flatness requirements: The flatness of the installation base of each weighing module should be within 0.3mm, and the bases of each module should be in the same horizontal plane.
Slowly lowering: When lowering the vessel to the module, proceed slowly to avoid damaging the module due to excessive impact.
Electric welding operation: When welding the module with electric welding, be careful to avoid damaging the sensor.
4. Cable tray installation requirements
Shielding electrical interference: The cable tray should select cable loops that need to shield electrical interference. Low-voltage power cables and control cables should be separated from trays or ladders.
Reliable grounding: The cable tray and its bracket must be reliably grounded and connected to the grounding trunk line at least 2 points along the entire length.
Bending radius: When laying the cable tray, the minimum bending radius of the cable must be considered to ensure that the installation of the support, hanger and bridge meets the specifications.
