The adjustment of industrial electronic scales mainly includes two aspects: calibration and daily maintenance.
Calibration method
General calibration steps:
Preparation: Make sure the electronic scale is placed on a stable and hard ground, and check whether the power supply and display are normal. Prepare standard weights.
Power on and preheat: Turn on and preheat for a period of time. It is usually recommended to preheat for more than 30 minutes.
Zeroing operation: Place the electronic scale in a horizontal position, make sure there is no object on the scale pan, and press the "zero" or "TARE" key to make the electronic scale display 0.
Loading weights: Select appropriate standard weights and place them in the center of the scale pan.
Read and adjust: Observe the weight value on the display to ensure that it is consistent with the weight value of the standard weight. If it is inconsistent, make corresponding adjustments according to the model and calibration method of the electronic scale.
Repeat test: After completing the adjustment, load the standard weight again for testing to ensure the accuracy and stability of the electronic scale.
Calibration method for specific brands:
Hongma electronic scale: Add weights, short circuit (press a specific key combination), enter password 1, and finally press the power button to complete the calibration. Note that 1/2 weights must be added during the calibration process.
Zhujiang electronic scale: After turning on, short circuit (through key combination), enter password 258 or 3158, add weights, and finally press the power button to complete the calibration.
Tianxing 24-key pricing scale: short circuit, enter password (according to the manual), add weights, and press the power button to complete the calibration.
Hengxin pricing scale: press and hold the pricing unit + ON button, add weights, and finally press the power button to complete the calibration.
Jinju electronic scale: short circuit, add weights, and finally press the power button.
Shiwei electronic scale: add weights, short circuit, enter password (refer to the manual), and finally press the power button.
