The WEIGHTWORTH single-layer Industrial Floor Scale adopts an integrated single-platform U-shaped beam assembly and welding structure. It is made of high-strength steel and undergoes three processes: fully automatic robot welding, shot blasting rust removal, and electrostatic spraying. This effectively enhances the scale body's resistance to deformation and corrosion, preventing problems such as platform bending and rusting during long-term use. The sensor adopts a four-corner direct installation design without an intermediate transition layer, reducing force transmission loss and ensuring the accuracy of weighing data. The bottom of the scale body is equipped with adjustable leveling feet, which can quickly adapt to different ground flatness. There is no need for a professional construction team or to dig a foundation pit. One person can complete the installation and commissioning in one hour, significantly reducing installation costs and time costs. ​

In response to the demand for mobility, this platform scale can be equipped with a portable ramp to facilitate the loading and unloading of trolleys and small forklifts on the platform. Meanwhile, the scale body is compactly designed with a moderate weight, allowing it to be moved by forklifts or manually, flexibly adapting to the weighing needs of different sites. There is no need for a fixed installation position, making it particularly suitable for temporary weighing scenarios. The countertop is made of 5-8mm thickened patterned steel plate, which is anti-slip and wear-resistant, effectively preventing goods from slipping and ensuring safety during the weighing process. The edges have been rounded to prevent sharp corners from scratching the operators or goods, enhancing the safety of use.
