(1) Structural Design: Heavy-duty protection, stable and precise

The WEIGHTWORTH double-layer platform scale adopts a double-layer frame structure, with the upper layer serving as the load-bearing platform and the lower layer as the protective frame. An automatic reset force transmission mechanism is equipped in the middle to ensure uniform force transmission.

At the same time, it effectively isolates the influence of ground vibration and shock on the sensor, significantly enhancing the stability and accuracy of weighing. The upper countertop is made of 6-10mm thickened U-shaped beams and patterned steel plates, which have undergone high-strength welding and aging treatment. It has extremely strong anti-deformation ability and can withstand high-frequency heavy loads without bending or deforming.

The lower frame adopts a closed design, completely enveloping the core components such as sensors, limit devices, and junction boxes, effectively preventing dust, moisture, and debris from entering, thereby extending the service life of the sensors. At the same time, it is equipped with a lateral limit device, which can effectively resist the lateral impact of forklifts and goods, prevent the scale body from shifting, and ensure weighing safety. ​

Double-layer platform scale supports embedded installation in shallow pits. After installation, the platform surface is flush with the ground. Trolleys and forklifts can directly go up and down the platform surface without the need for ramps, significantly improving the efficiency of goods handling and weighing.
