Ultra-high measurement accuracy: It adopts imported high-sensitivity foil strain gauges and Wheatden bridge design. The conventional accuracy grade reaches ± 0.02%FS, the repeatability error is ≤ 0.01%RO, and the linear error is controlled within ± 0.1%FS, which can meet the strict accuracy requirements of precision assembly, heavy-load measurement, etc. The automatic compensation technology for the four-corner deviation in axial force measurement further reduces the asymmetric force error to less than 0.1%.
Super strong structural load-bearing capacity It is made of high-strength materials such as martensitic stainless steel and aviation-grade alloy steel. Through vacuum heat treatment and finite element simulation to optimize the stress distribution, it can withstand a safe overload of 150% of the rated load, with an ultimate overload of 200% FS. Even under high-pressure loads of hundreds of tons, it can still maintain linear output, making it suitable for large-tonnage scenarios such as hydraulic presses and bridge bearing monitoring.

The operating temperature range covers -30 ℃ to +70℃. It is equipped with an internal temperature compensation circuit, and the temperature drift coefficient is as low as ±0.05% F.S./10℃. It can still operate stably in industrial environments with high and low temperatures and strong vibrations.

Intelligent digital upgrade: Integrating high-precision A/D converters and digital filtering algorithms, it supports industrial interfaces such as RS485 and CAN bus, and can be directly connected to PLCS, industrial control computers or cloud platforms to achieve real-time data transmission and remote monitoring. It is equipped with an internal self-diagnostic function that can automatically identify issues such as zero drift and overload anomalies.
