(1) The upper and lower load plates must be installed close to the horizontal position, perpendicular to the leg axis of the container.

(2) The upper and lower load plates are bolted or welded according to the material of the container support leg to ensure that the connection is firm.

(3) Before fixing the whole set of modules, the whole set of modules must be assembled according to the requirements of the figure, and then positioned and installed.

(4) The fixation of the sensor must be firm, and there must be no signs of loosening.

(5) The limit and protection bolts must be in the suspended or loose position, otherwise the weighing accuracy will be affected.

(6) After the module is installed, the height of the fulcrum must be adjusted to ensure that each support point is evenly stressed.

(7) If the welded connector is used, the grounding device must be done. The grounding wire is close to the solder joint, and the current is guaranteed not to pass through the sensor, so as to avoid breakdown of the sensor, and the weighing system is not allowed to be energized.

(8) The sensor signal line is connected to the junction box. Try to detour, do not occupy the space at the bottom of the tank, and the junction box should be placed in a hidden place.

(9) If conditions permit, the signal line should be protected as much as possible when transmitting.

(10) When the external link pipeline is connected with the tank, the flexible transition horizontal coaxial soft connection mode must be adopted, and the softer the flexible pipe, the smaller the impact on the weighing.

(11) The weighing method has been calibrated by the factory, and the instrument parameters and the length of the input signal line should not be changed at will.

(12) The installation position of the weighing instrument is easy to observe and operate, and there is no vibration and strong electrical interference.
