Protecting core components, preventing equipment damage, and extending service life
The core functions of the hook scale rely on precise electronic/mechanical components such as sensors, circuit boards, displays, and batteries. These components are generally sensitive to high temperatures (most electronic components have a maximum tolerance of ≤60℃, and mechanical components tend to deform at high temperatures).
The high-temperature insulation board, through the heat insulation properties of materials such as ceramic fibers and high-temperature resistant resins, can effectively block radiant heat (such as from high-temperature workpieces in steelmaking, casting, and heat treatment scenarios) and conductive heat (such as heat transfer from the hook to high-temperature workpieces) in the working environment, preventing core components from being affected by high temperatures:
● Sensors: High temperatures can cause strain gauges to fail, accuracy drift, and even permanent damage;
● Circuit boards: Capacitors, chips, and other components can be burned out at high temperatures, causing equipment to freeze or malfunction;
● Mechanical structure: The strength of hooks and load-bearing components decreases at high temperatures, leading to deformation or fatigue fractures;
● Batteries/displays: High temperatures accelerate battery aging and swelling, and cause displays to black out or touch screens to malfunction.
By isolating high temperatures, the component wear rate can be significantly reduced, extending the service life of the hook scale in high-temperature scenarios by 30% to 50% (depending on the working conditions).
